This typically involves daily regression and data quality testing, flexible staffing for high-volume periods and custom AI analysis.

Shift-left testing

A key cause of cost and delay in buy-side technology programs is treating testing as a final gate rather than an ongoing discipline. By the time issues surface in UAT or post-go-live, they’re costly to fix and often require rework across multiple systems.

Our shift-left approach moves testing to the earliest stages of a program.

As soon as architecture and integration decisions are being made, we’re building test frameworks, validating data flows and identifying risks at a point when they’re still affordable to address. It’s all about closing the distance between when a problem is created and when it’s found.
